These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Interlinked Strategic Solutions website and services. By accessing our website or booking a service, you agree to these terms.

SERVICES

Interlinked Strategic Solutions provides junk removal, cleanout, and hauling services across Northern Virginia and the DC Metro area. We reserve the right to refuse any job that poses a safety risk, contains hazardous materials, or falls outside our service area.

ESTIMATES AND PRICING

All estimates are based on the volume your load occupies in our truck. Final pricing is confirmed on-site after our crew assesses the actual job. Prices quoted over the phone or online are estimates only and are not guaranteed until confirmed in person. Additional fees may apply for stairs, long carries, heavy materials, disassembly, mattresses, and electronics recycling. All applicable fees will be communicated before work begins.

PAYMENT

Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash, Zelle, Venmo, and card. Failure to pay at time of service may result in additional collection fees.

CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING

We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee. Same-day and rush appointments are subject to availability and additional fees.

PROHIBITED ITEMS

We are unable to remove hazardous materials including but not limited to paint, chemicals, solvents, asbestos, propane tanks, and biohazardous waste. It is your responsibility to disclose the nature of all items prior to service. Interlinked Strategic Solutions reserves the right to decline removal of any item deemed unsafe or prohibited by local disposal regulations.

PROPERTY AND LIABILITY

Our crew takes care to protect your property during every job. However, Interlinked Strategic Solutions is not liable for pre-existing damage to walls, floors, doorways, or driveways. We are fully insured for incidents directly caused by our crew during the normal course of service. Any damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

DISPOSAL AND RECYCLING

We make reasonable efforts to donate, recycle, or responsibly dispose of removed items. Once items are loaded onto our truck, ownership and disposal responsibility transfers to Interlinked Strategic Solutions. We do not guarantee donation or recycling outcomes for specific items.

SCHEDULING AND SERVICE AVAILABILITY

Appointment windows are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, or prior job duration. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate delays. Interlinked Strategic Solutions reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, equipment issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

WEBSITE USE

The content on our website is for informational purposes only. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy or completeness of the information provided. Unauthorized use of our website content, images, or branding is prohibited.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Interlinked Strategic Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Virginia.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
